These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Omvir AI Automation website and any AI automation, consulting or development services we provide ("Services"). By engaging us or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Omvir AI Automation provides AI automation, custom AI agent development, chatbot solutions, lead generation automation, intelligent document processing and customer support automation. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in a separate Statement of Work or proposal.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, access and approvals required to deliver the engagement.
- Designate a primary point of contact responsible for decisions and reviews.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection laws relevant to your business.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries and reusable components remain the property of Omvir AI Automation and are licensed to the client on a non-exclusive basis for the engagement.
4. Third-Party Services & AI Providers
Our Services may integrate with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Pipedream), CRMs and cloud platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not liable for outages, pricing changes or behaviour of third-party providers.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees, milestones and payment schedules are set out in the relevant proposal. Invoices are payable per the agreed terms. Late payments may result in pausing work and additional charges.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI systems generate probabilistic outputs and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected results. The client is responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in production decisions, customer communications or regulated contexts.
8. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as per the agreed contract. The client remains liable for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
